THE jury in the Falconio murder trial has been told to consider the possibility that the accused, Bradley John Murdoch, lied to the court because of a "consciousness of guilt". With the trial in the Northern Territory Supreme Court in its final days, Chief Justice Brian Martin continued summing up the case yesterday following eight weeks of evidence and 85 witnesses.
