Monday is the last day of appeals for Stanley (Tookie) Williams, one of California's most notorious ex-gang members. He is scheduled to be executed Tuesday. Lawyers and advocates for Williams are waiting for two possible decisions: a ruling from the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to grant a stay of execution, or for Gov.
